A couple of months ago I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch of the uber cool Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester. With a fabulous location slap bang in the centre of town, it’s the perfect joint to retire to after a hard day pounding the pavements visiting all that my favourite northern city has to offer.
It’s true to its theme – even the waiters are dressed to impress and there’s impeccable attention to detail from the signs to the artwork and perhaps most importantly, the cocktails!
