Whoever thought we’d see the day that pasta became a luxury?
With panic buying the new norm, securing a bag of pasta is as easy to come by as hen’s teeth. However, due to guile and cunning with a smattering of luck, a 500g box of fusilli was procured to feed to the troops.
So… pork and beef meatballs baked in tomato and caramelized onion sauce and served with lashings of grated cheese.
